The New Torch Technology Center has 134 employees, including 48 senior engineers, 51 engineers and 6 foreign experts. The Center can conduct new product research and development synchronously with machinery manufacturers. With 44 sets testing and inspection equipment, the performance laboratory can conduct 30 experiments related with hub bearing and has the hub bearing testing capability in China. The materials laboratory has 13 advanced testing and analysis equipment, including Zeiss scanning electron microscope (Germany), ARL optical spectrum analyzer (Swiss), LECO oxygen analyzer (America), Zeiss metalloscope, tensile testing machine, etc. with which the laboratory can conduct material composition and performance testing, meatlloscope composition analysis and product failure analysis, etc.
